We have immediate need for quality, professional window, door, exterior siding and gutter installer-technicians.

Most installers will not qualify to work with us. Since we are a top-rated company, call us only if you consider yourself to be in the top 10% of all installers in your field of expertise.

You MUST:

1. Display PRIDE in your work.
2. Be EXPERIENCED, we will test your knowledge.
3. Have all the required tools, a truck and know the techniques.
4. Possess excellent communication skills.
5. Look and act in a courteous and professional manner at all times
6. Be able to prepare some paperwork.
7. Arrive on time, most times.
8. Be dependable, reliable & all other words that mean the same thing . . .
9. Be drug and alcohol-abuse free.
10. Be able to have an intelligent discussion in English.
11. Be comfortable with being part of a team and knowing your role.
12. Not panic when problems occur; exhibit grace under pressure.
13. Be able to work within our Satisfaction First! Program.
14. Add your two cents! Speak up when things aren't right.
15. Come prepared to become integrated into American Home Renewal's procedures and systems to ensure everyone's success.
16. Always take the high road, sometimes putting the welfare of our customers ahead of your personal comfort and interests.
17. Understand that you are the ultimate representative for the company and that you, and you alone, control the most important part of the overall experience for our mutual client, the homeowner.
