American Home Renewal is a specialty contractor located in South
San Francisco, California. We understand your desire for privacy,
and as our valued client we appreciate your business and understand
the importance of protecting your rights. We hope to address all
of your concerns through this short list of privacy-related Frequently
Asked Questions.
Why does American Home Renewal need my personal Information?
We use your name, email address, phone number(s) and mailing address
to contact people that request an estimate. Unlike many companies,
we keep your information private and do not sell any information
about our customers to a third party. This information is stored
in a secure database, and is only accessible to American Home Renewal
office employees with proper clearance.
We also hate spam, telemarketers, etc and so we do not sell
any of your personal information to anyone!
Will I receive postal mail or email from American Home Renewal?
Currently, we do not send any email or other communications to
our customers, other than communications:
1. in response to a customer's request for a free estimate,
2. to current or past clients in regards to their purchase of products
and services from us.
It is possible that in the future we may begin a newsletter that
we will send to past customers and/or prospects that visited our
website. If this comes about, you will always be able to opt-out
of receiving future communications from us when we send you the
first notification.
What are cookies and how do they affect my privacy?
American Home Renewal does not currently use or place cookies on
your computer, but here is a brief description of what they are.
Simply put, a "cookie" is a small file that serves as
an identifier stored on your machine. Some sites use cookies to
make web shopping easier for you. For instance, when you are ready
to purchase an item, you only need to sign-in as opposed to entering
all of your account information again. A cookie can also save your
password so you do not need to enter it each time you visit our
site from your PC.
